2-4 Chicken Breast cubed (I figure one breast per person if they are a decent size)

2 cups of all purpose flour

2-3 eggs

a splash of Milk

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

1 teaspoon of onion powder

2 1/2 tablespoons of Tex Joy Steak seasoning

1 gallon size ziploc bag

Prepare your batter by adding all the dry ingredients into the ziploc bag and shaking it up.

Prepare ‘the glue’ for the batter by beating 2-3 eggs and a splash of milk.

Sprinkle a little Tex Joy Steak Seasoning over your cubed chicken. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

Once you have sprinkled a little steak seasoning over the chicken place it into the ziploc bag and shake till its coated VERY well.

Shake off any extra flour on the chicken bites and roll them around in the egg/milk wash.

If you don’t coat them all the way with the wash IT’S OKAY! As you can tell I didn’t.

Place the chicken back into the ziploc bag for a second coating.

Leave them in the bag UNTIL you are placing them in the fryer/skillet. It keeps them from getting soggy from the wash you put on them.

I heat up my grease on about medium and once it gets to the desired temperature I place it in between low and medium.

Look at these frying up BEAUTIFULLY and by BEAUTIFULLY I mean the batter isn’t falling off along with they have a nice golden brown color.

Finished. Voila! They taste best with ranch but then again my household eats EVERYTHING with RANCH!
