1 pkg of bacon (diced and cooked)
2 cups pancake mix of choice(plus the ingredients as followed for it)
1/2 cup of pancake syrup
Dice bacon in small pieces or bite size and cook it.
Mix 2 cups of pancake batter as directed on the package and add 1/2 cup of syrup to it.
The batter should turn a light brown.
Line a muffin pan with cupcake holders and fill them about 2/3 of the way
Sprinkle a little bacon on top. Don’t be alarmed some of the bacon will sink.
**You could also mix in the bacon into the batter first then add to the muffin pan**
Bake for 15-20 minutes on 350.
Serve with pancake syrup!
This sure is a favorite for my little one without the bacon of course!
