2-4 Chicken Breast depending on family size

2 egg whites

a pinch of salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder

one pkg of  Keebler’s Club crackers

1-2 tablespoons of butter

Put your egg whites and seasoning into a bowl and mix together. As you can see it really only takes a pinch of each seasoning

Take one pkg of crackers and crush them up as finely as possible in a ziplock bag.

The crackers I used.

Dip your chicken in the egg wash on both sides.

Roll your chicken around in the bread crumbs or shake them if you think leaving the crumbs in the bag is easier.

As you can tell I had a few larger pieces and it would of been better to have them smaller.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter for 2 chicken breast OR 2 tablespoons for 4 chicken breast.

Once you have added the butter to the pan you can add your chicken breast.

**Preheat oven on 350 degrees. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes(it just depends on the size and thickness of each breast)**

***The recipe did call for corn flakes INSTEAD of bread crumbs BUT I just worked with what I had using that recipe as a guideline. You can use corn flakes with the same instructions as listed above***
