1 rump roast

32 oz of beef broth

1 cup of water

1 potato per person in family UNLESS its a really small one (semi peeled and cut in big chunks)

2 cups of chopped celery

1 small onion chopped

whole baby carrots to your liking

Seasoning:

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

1 teaspoon of meat tenderizer

1 teaspoon of parsley

1 teaspoon of basil

1 teaspoon of garlic(minced)

1 teaspoon of onion powder

All the dry seasonings mixed together.

Rub all of minced garlic on roast.

Sprinkle seasoning all over roast, then gently massage it into the meat. Once you’ve done that place it in the crock pot fat side down.

In this order place your veggies around and on top of the roast:

1. onions

2. celery

3. carrots

4. potatoes

Add your beef broth and water to crock pot. If you have extra seasoning sprinkle on top of veggies.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours, high for 4-6 hours, OR until meat falls apart/veggies are cooked all the way through.
