28 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
1 can of rotel
1 bushel of cilantro
2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 small onion diced
salt to taste
Add the can of tomatoes, rotel, garlic, & chopped onions.
Use pulse on your blender about 4-5 times.
I use almost all the bushel of cilantro but this is something you can slowly add to your liking.
Chop your jalapeno up and remember the stem & seeds are what contain the hotness so add to your liking.
Add the juice of one small squeezed lime or half of a large lime.
Pulse 4-5 times in blender or until you get the texture you like.
