2 cups of cooked white rice(day old rice)

5 tablespoons of sesame oil

1 cup of frozen peas(thawed)

1 cup of thinly sliced carrots

1 small onion

2 teaspoon of minced garlic

2 eggs slightly beaten

1/4 cup  of soy sauce(you may need alittle more depending on your liking)

1 bag of frozen shrimp or fresh shrimp(deveined, peeled, & tails off)

The day before precook your rice and store in the fridge until you are ready to cook. If you cook the rice the same day it will be too gummy.

Add 3 tablespoons of sesame oil to pan on medium high. Once heated add onions, carrots, peas, and minced garlic. Cook until almost tender.

Once veggies are almost tender, push them to the side and pour your eggs. Cook eggs until they are scrambled, then set this aside for a few minutes to cook your shrimp.

In another pan heat up 2 tablespoons of sesame oil then add shrimp once its heated. Cook shrimp until they are white(or not so pink)

Add shrimp, rice, and soy sauce to the veggies. Heat on medium high until thoroughly heated.
