2-4 chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, parsley, & basil
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Put chicken in a bowl and pour the olive oil all over. Coat really good.
Add seasonings to a bag or a small bowl to blend together.
Sprinkle seasoning over both sides of chicken then rub the seasoning into the chicken. Cover bowl & refrigerate until ready to cook. I keep mine in the fridge at least two hours.
Heat a grill griddle on medium and cook until the inside is white. Occasionally flip the chicken. Viola the chicken should look like this once done. Its the juicy chicken I’ve ever cooked with a ton of flavor.
**if you do not have a grill griddle a frying pan will work as well**
