***this recipe is enough for two possible 3 people. I would just double it if you were making for 4 people***
2 boneless chicken breast
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of rotel
Pasta of your choice (use the amount as if you were cooking spaghetti)
In a bowl, whisk the soup, seasoning, & rotel together.
Spoon about half the mixture in the bottom of a pan. I used a 13X9X2 pan.
Place chicken on top.
Cover chicken in remaining sauce and place in oven for 25 minutes (or until cooked) at 350º.
While the chicken is cooking start cooking your noodles.
Once chicken appears to be cooked all the way, cover the breast with shredded cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
Serve chicken on top of pasta and spoon the sauce on top. I added a little bit more cheese as well.
