1 lrg pkg of stew meat
2 cups of carrots
2 cups of peeled & chopped potatoes
1 can of tomato soup
Crushed Red pepper
3 sticks of chopped celery
1. Place meat and veggies in a pan.
2. I sprinkle each seasoning 3 times from one side of the pan to the next except for the red pepper which I only did once. (So do it 3 times all over)
3. Pour tomato soup all over
4. Cover very tightly with foil.
Bake for 4 hours on 250.
It’s really good over rice or if you omit the potatoes you could serve over mash potatoes.
Oh and this makes a ton of juice so as long as you cook it at the listed temperature you should have no worries of it drying out.
