1 pkg of ranch dressing mix
3-4 chicken breast sliced into strips
2 cups of cheese itz or cheese nips
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper for a GOOD kick OR 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper for a mild flavor.
Place crackers in food processor and get them finely chopped.
Add your ranch dressing mix & red pepper. Give it a few good pulses then pour into a gallon size Ziploc bag.
Place chicken in Ziploc bag, close it, & begin shaking it until chicken is coated.
Preheat oven at 350º.
Place chicken in pan and cook for 25 minutes or until the inside of the chicken is white. I did not flip the chicken.
***Note: 1 teaspoon of red pepper wasn’t so hot you had to chase it with a drink but it did let you know it was there. My 2 year old ate it without a problem.
