1 lb of medium size shrimp
1 block of monterrey jack cheese
1 pkg of bacon
1. Peel shrimp & rinse.
Slice cheese in bite size pieces. If you buy cubed cheese you will want to slice them in half.
Cut pkg of bacon in half.
In the middle of one slice of bacon place a slice of cheese, shrimp, and then another piece of cheese.
Roll bacon and place a tooth pick in the middle of it.
Note: if you see the shrimp and cheese sticking out then take another piece of bacon and wrap it the opposite way. If you wrap all this way, you will need a second pkg of bacon.

Place on grill and cook until bacon is done. It only took about 15 minutes with the pit at 300. **remember it will vary by grill**
Dont be afraid to play with this recipe. You could use pepper jack cheese, throw in some jalapeño, sprinkle some cajun seasoning on the shrimp before wrapping it up, etc..
