1 roast
16 oz of beef broth
1 teaspoon of onion powder, basil, parsley
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
Package of Au Jus mix
1 stick of butter
Carrots
Red potatoes(they seem to soak up the flavor so much better)
Salt/pepper to taste

Place roast in crock pot and then add potatoes.

Add carrots and rub minced garlic on top of roast.

Add the Au Jus mix.

Add the rest of seasonings & butter.

Pour broth around the sides trying not to pour on top of roast.

Cook on high for 4-6 hours, low for 8-10, or until extremely tender.
