1 large jalapeño
1 small white onion
3 cans of plain chili beans(drained)
1 large package of chicken legs
Salt
Pepper
Peprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 package of bacon diced

In a bowl mix beans(drained) chopped onion/jalapeño, & minced garlic. Pour mixture into a 9X13 pan.

Sprinkle each seasoning over the chicken and then place chicken legs on top of beans. (I forgot to get a picture but I scattered the bacon on top of chicken legs.

Place in oven at 200° for 6-7 hours or until chicken is done.

Right out of the oven.

I served this over Zatarain yellow rice.
