2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 oz or something close to it)

however much milk is needed for pudding

4 oz of cream cheese softened

1 tub of cool whip

1 box of chocolate cake mix(plus ingredients as listed on box to make the cake)

1 pkg of gummy worms

1 pkg of the original oreos(not the yellow cookie ones)

1 medium size (NEW) flower pot. one about the size of a trifle dish

This is the cake brand and flavor I used. It will work just fine with any brand and any chocolate flavor cake.

Bake cake as the instructions are directed on box.

Crush the entire bag of oreos by hand or in a food processor.

Take half of the cake and crumble it(leaving some big chunks) to start the first layer.

You can do this one of two ways:

1. mix both boxes of pudding and half it

or

2. mix one box up at a time.

Either way you need about one box of pudding for the next layer.

Add a layer of crushed oreos and a few gummy worms.

**REPEAT THE LAYERS** (make sure to leave enough oreos to either cover the top or mix in with the whip topping)

Thaw out whip cream and make sure cream cheese is softened. Mix together along with the rest of the oreos(unless you would rather cover up the whip topping with them). Cover with some more gummy worms. Let it chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving it.
