3-4 chicken breast
32 oz of chicken stock
3 stalks of celery
2 cups of carrots
1 medium yellow onion
3-4 Roma tomatoes chopped
3-4 red potatoes chopped
1 can of black beans
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of basil
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Salt/pepper to taste

Throw everything into your crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

You can cook it until the chicken falls apart or take it out close to the end and chop it up.

I cut up some white corn flour tortillas into strips and fried them up to garnish the stew. They went really well with this stew.
