1 lb ground turkey OR beef
1 can of refried beans
Shredded cheese
Egg roll wrappers
1pkg of taco seasoning
Vegetable oil
Bowl of water
*Any additional taco toppings or sauces you would like*

Brown meat and add seasoning. If using beef make sure to drain off grease.

Once meat is browned mix in refried beans. Occasionally stirring until heated up.

Add cheese and meat (& any other toppings you wish to add) down the center liked pictured.

Fold the top and bottom corner. (In the picture I had already turned the egg roll so I could roll it.

Wet both remaining corners by dipping your finger in water and rubbing around the edges. It doesn’t take much. This will help keep the egg roll together. Fold one corner over and from there begin to roll it tightly towards the remaining corner.

What it should look like after you finish rolling it.

Heat your oil on medium. Once it is hot enough drop your rolls 2-3 at a time for approximately 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure you have enough grease in the pan to completely submerge the egg roll so it cooks evenly.
