1 lb of hamburger meat OR turkey meat
1 small onion
1 can of rotel
1 cup of rice
4-5 bell peppers
16 oz of beef broth
4-5 small/medium size potatoes
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of garlic powder and onion powder
Salt/pepper to taste
Shredded cheese

I normally use the crock pot for this recipe and I wholeheartedly believe it is so much better that way.

Cook ground beef with half of a chopped onion, minced garlic, seasonings, and add the rotel to your liking. I normally add half a can plus all the juice.

Meat after it is cooked.

Cut the top off the bell pepper, de-seed, and rinse.

Place bell peppers in pot then place your peeled and chopped potatoes in all the empty places.

Mix the meat and rice all together. Once mixed stuff into the bell peppers.

Add the beef broth, cover and cook between low and medium until tender. About an hour or so.

Crock pot instructions: cook on high for 4-6 hrs or low 6-8 hrs.

Finished product. I top it with cheese and it makes it so much better.
