1 pkg of Angel pasta
2 chicken breast
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, parsley, salt, & pepper
Herb butter (link to recipe will be provided below)
In a bowl whisk olive oil & seasonings together.
Take chicken breast & make slits across them but make sure not to cut all the way through.
Place chicken in olive oil mixture and coat well. Leave in bowl, cover it, & let it marinate for at least an hour in the fridge. The longer the better.
Get your grill griddle or skillet heated up. I obviously use a grill griddle & heat it up on medium. Cook until chicken is no longer pink on the inside.
I cooked about 1/3 of the box of noodles. That was plenty for TWO PEOPLE. If your feeding four people I’d do half the box.
Once noodles are cooked and still very hot cut off about 1/3 of the herb butter log. Stir until its melted. You may have to place the pot back on the burner a few minutes.
Chop up chicken breast & stir them in with the noodles.
